Delete your Payshift account

Payshift works without an account. An account exists only if you signed in with Apple or Google to sync, or used a manager link or team schedule.

In the app

1. Open More → Account & sync.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. This also stops the manager links and leaves the team schedules on that phone.

Without the app

Email support@docusmarter.com from the address on your Apple or Google account, with the subject "Delete my Payshift account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account (Apple or Google sign-in) and every shift, job and setting synced to the cloud.
• Your manager links, your entries in team schedules, and teams you created.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Shifts saved on your phone stay there until you delete the app; backups you saved yourself are yours to delete.
