I lost my shifts after getting a new phone

Restore a backup from More, or sign in on the new phone if you use sync. Shifts that were never backed up or synced stay only on the old phone.

Pro is not unlocked

Open the Payshift Pro screen and tap Restore, using the same Apple or Google account you purchased with.

I want to cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel.

I want a refund

Apple and Google handle refunds. Request one from the store where you purchased.

My pay looks wrong

Check the overtime rule and pay period in your job settings, then open a shift to see how it is paid. If it still looks wrong, email us the details.
